 30 day Return Policy
|

We will
issue an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the purchase date on
items advertised on this web site. Sorry,
no returns are accepted on special order products or custom computers
built with special order items. To receive refund or
replacement by mail you must first get an RMA number.
Local customers can return products from the place of purchase for a refund or replacement without the issuing of a RMA
number. Products must be returned in their
original condition (including box, packing materials, and all inserts) and must not be
damaged in return shipping, written or marked on. Any discrepancies could result in a
delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. If the product is physically damaged in any
way, we reserve the right to refuse shipment or issue a refund.
This refund will not include any shipping and
handling charges shown on your invoice. You must deliver or ship the product to
Plexus Computers in its
original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of
loss or damage during shipment.
Software
Return Policy:
Due to copyright laws only unopened
computer software, including CD ROM and books, may be returned within 30 days.
Opened products must be exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, or
if you have any questions once you receive your package, you must notify us immediately.
Computer
Return Policy:
Pre-configured computers can by returned up to 30 days from the date of invoice for a
refund of the product purchase price if already paid. Sorry, no refunds on computers
customized with special ordered components. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of
the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and other items included with a product
must be returned with it.
Definition
of Special Orders:
Specials order products are
any products that are not advertised on this web site or products that
are marked as special orders on your invoice. Special orders are
not covered in this policy.

 Getting
an RMA Number
|

You can either fax us at
1-410-451-6865 or
complete our RMA form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. We will refuse return shipments of merchandise that do not have a RMA number on
the outside of the package. Please provide the following information.
1. Original invoice number.
2. Your name, address and phone number.
3. The name or part number of the product for return.
4. Reason for return
5. Refund or replacement?

 RMA Policy

1.
Plexus Computers will not accept any return without
an RMA number.
2. RMA numbers are good for 10 days.
3. Opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. Shipping is prepaid by the customer.
5. Returns must be sent via any courier that issues a tracking number.
6. Please allow up to 5 business days for a credit.
7. For replacements, you will need to place a new order, and when the original item is
received, you will be credited in full for the returned product.
8. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for refund or
replacement.

 Freight Charges
|

Shipping charges are not refundable.
However, products that you receive that are
defective or damaged are returnable for replacement at no extra charge. You have the option of next day, second
day, or ground shipping. Your order may be shipped from one of several locations nationwide.
Sorry, no International orders.
Tracking information is available 24 hours following shipment of your order. Orders placed
before 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will ship
the following business day.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total
shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your
order. For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $25.00.
